     • Frame: Lifetime Coverage
     • All Other Parts (including wheels, pulleys, cables): 6 Months Coverage
   • The warranty is effective from the date of the original purchase.

2. Eligibility:

   • This warranty is exclusively for the original owner of the Total Gym® equipment.
   • The warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Limitations:

   • Total Gym Fitness, LLC's responsibility under this warranty is confined to replacing or repairing defective parts, or at its discretion, refunding the purchase price.

   • Repairs not conducted properly or unauthorized alterations void this warranty.
   • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow usage instructions, improper maintenance, vandalism, commercial or rental use, or ordinary wear and tear.
   • Accessories, parts, or items sold separately are not covered by this warranty.

This trial period spans 30 calendar days, starting from the day you receive your product. The cost of the trial includes the initial payment, applicable sales tax, and any shipping charges.

Return Process

If the product does not meet your expectations within the 30-Day Trial Offer Period, you are welcome to return it. This process entitles you to a complete refund of your trial payment, including any sales tax. Please note the following conditions for returns:
