If a product non-compliant with local codes is purchased, returns are permissible under specific conditions: the product must be uninstalled and in original packaging for a return, subject to original and return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Return Policy

If you've purchased an item from sunraysaunas.com, you're eligible to return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse, provided it remains brand new and uninstalled. To ensure a successful return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original crate. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including shrink wrap, tape, and foam. If the returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both original and return, even if the original shipping was free. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the item's purchase price, minus the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Products Policy

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any broken or defective items. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours provided they haven't been shipped yet. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after it's been shipped, you will be responsible for original and return shipping charges, plus any re-consignment fees from the trucking company.
