- Original Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Written Authorization: A prior written return authorization is necessary.
- Packaging Responsibility: Customers must ensure the sauna is in its original packaging for return.
- Freight and Restocking: Customers are responsible for return freight shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation Post-Shipping:
- Charges: If cancelled after shipping, actual outbound and return shipping costs will be charged.
- Before Shipping: A 3% credit card transaction fee applies if cancelled before shipping.
