inHarmony Interactive Limited Product Warranty Overview

This document outlines the warranty terms for your recently purchased inHarmony product. Our goal at inHarmony Interactive, Inc. is to provide innovative and high-quality products that enhance your wellbeing. This limited warranty assures that your inHarmony product is protected against certain defects and issues within specified limitations.

Warranty Coverage Details:

1. 2-Year Warranty on Specific Items: The mattress, cushion, platform, and parts are covered for two years. This warranty is valid when items are returned to our San Diego warehouse. Beyond two years, you are responsible for labor and part costs for repairs.

2. Electronic Components: Warranted by their respective manufacturers. This includes items like amplifiers, headphones, and cables. You should fill out warranty cards for each component upon receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements.

3. Shipping Costs: Freight charges to and from our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Period:

• The warranty starts from the original purchase date.

• It covers *Factory Service & **Parts as outlined:

  • inHarmony Product: 2 years.
  • Electronic Components & Platform: Warranty provided by the component manufacturers.

• Factory Service (Labor): inHarmony Interactive, Inc. will cover labor for repairing parts under warranty and return the product after repairs.

• Parts Only: We will supply repair parts under warranty for repairs done at our factory.

Product Faux Leather Cover:

• Covered for 60 days against material defects, excluding stains, snags, wear & tear, and abuse. Replacement covers are available for purchase. Factory can repair seams and zippers (charges apply).

Warranty Service and Contact:

• Approval and authorization by inHarmony Interactive, Inc. are required for warranty service.
• Troubleshooting through video or video conference precedes warranty approval.
• Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is needed for returns. Original or approved packaging must be used for returns. Shipping costs are customer's responsibility. Returns without a valid RMA or not marked clearly on the box will be refused.

General Limitations:

• Warranty valid only if the product is used as per the user guide and not misused or damaged beyond our control.
• All service under this warranty must be approved by inHarmony Interactive, Inc. and performed by authorized technicians.
• Warranty applies only to specific inHarmony products (Sound Lounge, Practitioner, Meditation Cushion), excluding accessories or enhancements.
• Cosmetic items like fabrics, woods, foams, padding, and plastic covers are not included in the warranty.
• inHarmony Interactive Inc. is not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure.
• Separate terms apply for used/refurbished products including those received out-of-box.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs.

Exclusions to Note:

• Secondary Market and Used Items: Excludes prices from secondary sellers, and used or refurbished items.
• Non-Public Offers: Excludes wholesale, dealer, contract, and below-wholesale cost pricing.
• Special Sales Events: Excludes pricing from sales, flash sales, promotions, closeouts, and clearance events.
• Combination with Other Offers: Cannot be combined with other RecovAthlete offers, discounts, or promotions.

Submitting Your Price Match Claim:

 30 Days Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

1. Product Condition: The inHarmony product must be in "like new" condition.

2. Original Packaging: Technology items must be returned in their original packaging, ready for resale.

3. Clothing: Must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required, or we must be able to verify your order.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. For any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to address and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For queries regarding specific items, please contact us.

No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days from approval. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. You will receive notifications about the progress of your refund.
