Wow, Pilates! offers premium Pilates apparatuses from some of the most well-respected manufactures in the industry. These first-rate machines will last a lifetime if cared for properly. Be sure to review the documentation from the manufacturer and follow exact maintenance and care instructions. If you give your Pilates equipment the love and attention it deserves, it will offer you the same for many years to come!
Each manufacturer offers their own warranty. Since each piece is custom made to order, none of the Pilates apparatuses sold on The Pilates Machine are returnable. Therefore, please take great care in reading the below guidelines in advance of accepting delivery and follow the proper protocols for receiving and reporting any shipping damages.
Directions Upon Delivery
All of our Pilates equipment is shipped via FREIGHT CARRIER. Someone over the age of 18 must be home to sign for the package and take full responsibility for accepting the shipment.
We advise all of our customers to inspect the outside of their package very carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage to your package, be sure to make note of it on the waybill prior to signing the order receipt.

ANY DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REPORTED ON THE WAYBILL WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER
Be sure to open the box carefully and not use anything sharp like a knife or box cutter to open up the packaging. This could potentially damage delicately padded pieces on the equipment.
DAMAGE TO YOUR PRODUCT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 3
BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Large Equipment Deliveries
Large equipment is shipped by ground via freight carrier and carefully packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
Curbside delivery is a lift gate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. It is not necessary to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. Please make sure that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises.
Please note that you are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges. Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote will be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a Home Delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are NOT licensed Pilates technicians and are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.
International and overseas shipments
The Pilates Machine shipping rates reflect shipment within the contiguous United States of America. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska as well as Internationally but we will need to get a shipping quote to you based on your delivery address.
Also, please take note that local Customs & Duties Outside Canada & USA – Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the Buyer's responsibility; Buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which Buyer is receiving the goods.

Return Policy
The Pilates Machine exclusively sells product from manufactures who produce their equipment with only the highest quality components and with the utmost care. As all products sold on The Pilates Machine are custom made to order, equipment may not be returned or exchanged for a refund.
That said, our manufacturers absolutely stand behind their product and will either repair or replace defective merchandise per their respective product warranties. Please be aware, however, that if they opt to either repair or replace your Pilates equipment, they may require your product be returned for inspection and analysis at their facility prior to sending a replacement.
