   • The warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Limitations:

   • Total Gym Fitness, LLC's responsibility under this warranty is confined to replacing or repairing defective parts, or at its discretion, refunding the purchase price.

   • Repairs not conducted properly or unauthorized alterations void this warranty.

When you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you are participating in our 30-Day Trial Offer, which allows you to experience the product in the comfort of your home. This trial period spans 30 calendar days, starting from the day you receive your product. The cost of the trial includes the initial payment, applicable sales tax, and any shipping charges.

Return Process

If the product does not meet your expectations within the 30-Day Trial Offer Period, you are welcome to return it. This process entitles you to a complete refund of your trial payment, including any sales tax. Please note the following conditions for returns:

1. Return Shipping Responsibility: We cover the cost of shipping the product to you. However, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs vary depending on the carrier and your location.

3. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number: To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA No) from us. We issue this number at our discretion.
